Know Your Reason For Building Your Network Marketing Business
Many people have got their own reasons for joining a Network Marketing business, some people want more time for themselves, others are looking for financial freedom, but some people are just enjoy the whole social aspect of building a network marketing business. Whatever reason a person has for coming into the industry, they should be having fun.
Network marketing is a peoples business and people like to be around interesting people and so if you can create an environment that people want to be in then your business will to be a lot more pleasurable as you build it.
This is why I personally believe you cannot replace the dynamics of a live meeting with an online webinar. 
Webinars are very important to getting your information out to the most amount of people quicker, however the emotional connection that happens at a Live Meeting cannot be duplicated online.
Many people would try to promote the fact that having hotel meetings is old school, however if you can combine old school methods with New school technologies you can maximise the amount of people you can reach. It’s funny, those people who normally perpetuate that message are the people who never really learn the people skills of how to speak to people, how to get people to open up to them so that they could position their business opportunity in such a way that those people would actually come to a meeting. You see it’s very easy to point the finger but it’s a lot harder to admit that there are some skills that you still haven’t developed which is impacting your results.
Not Everyone Will Go Online!
I have a lady in my organisation who has built her check to £6,500 but she will not touch a computer with a barge pole. She is also a person who knows how to have a lot of fun!
I think people put themselves under two much pressure when trying to build a network marketing business, and as a result they find it hard to enjoy the experience.
We are very fortunate in Europe within the company that I am with because we have a European managing director that has created an environment where people can thrive and at the same time have a lot of fun.

So in closing, build your business, help a lot of people and go for your dreams, hit the targets, but never never , never forget to have fun!

So anyone wanting to build a strong business, but not willing to gave and serve others, will not be successful. This is why I love the home based home industry, because this philosophy is what propels it forward.
